Meet the Karinya Team

To be a Karinya Montessori Educator all educators are required to be very passionate Early Educators- as they are required to complete Early Education and in house Montessori training.
​​
Karinya Montessori management acknowledges this by paying educators above the child care award rate and sponsors training as required.
​
All educators complete first aid, child protection, fire safety, workplace health and safety and food safety training.
​
Kerri – Approved Provider and Educational Leader of the centre and is contact Kindergarten Teacher as required, she completes all tours, orientation of new families, as well as staff and parent education. She has a Bachelor of Early Education, Diploma of Montessori, and a Diploma of Counselling. Kerri can be contacted about aspect of Karinya Montessori on info@karinyamontessori.com

Rebecca – Nominated Supervisor Accounts manager, she has a Advanced Diploma of Early Education and managers our staffing, Qikkids, MYOB and payroll systems and has a fair and compassionate manner with families. Rebecca can be contacted about fees on accounts@karinyamontessori.com

Alison – Assistant Directress and our toddler community Lead Educator. She has a Diploma of Montessori (St Nicolas- London) and Diploma of Early Education and has worked with children since 1991. Alison is a peaceful and compassionate educator.

Mel – Team Teacher in our Kindergarten environment. She has a Diploma of Montessori with the Montessori World Education Institute (Perth), and is enrolled and working towards her Bachelor or Early Education. Mel enjoys helping children within food experiences and supporting children reach their full potential.​

​Taleah - Lead Educator, she has a Certificate 3 and a Diploma of education, Montessori in house training, and 0-3 Certificate with AMI training and quickly creates connections with children so they feel safe and nurtured.

​Erin - Assistant, she has a Certificate 3 and Montessori in house training, and 0-3 Certificate with AMI training. She is a peaceful educator who enjoys engaging children with music and movement.

Claudia - Lead Educator and Italian immersion teacher. She has Diploma of Montessori. Claudia enjoys preparing and maintaining Montessori Environments of Excellence, which allows children to learn is self-directed and meaningful ways.

Angela - Lead Educator in our toddler community, she has a Diploma of Early Education and has completed Montessori in House as well as Bush Kindy training. Angela is positive Educator who enjoys nurturing children’s independence.

Zoe – Team Teacher in our Kindergarten environment, she has a Bachelor or Early Childhood, In House Montessori Training and a Certificate of Montessori AMI. Zoe enjoys supporting children to develop a love of learning.
​
​Liza - Lead Educator and Outside classroom co-ordinator. She has Diploma of Early Education and Montessori 3-6 Certificate. Liza enjoys making the outside environment aesthetically pleasing for all children to engage and learn.
​
Roser - Lead Educator and Creative Art co-ordinator. She has a Masters of Education from Spain, as well as Montessori in house training. Roser enjoys supporting children to develop their own creative style.
​
Ella and Lawson are our school base trainees, both are completing their cert 3 in early education.
